Development Approach

The developers will work on following approach plans to carry-out edge ML based use cases or IoT use cases.

  1. Identify a suitable Audio or Sensor data based AIML/IoT use case.
  2. For Audio uses cases, select suitable Audio ports among Audio-0, 1 interface. Use either on board PDM Mics or interface with external audio input/ output sources as per the use case requirements.
  3. For Time series I2C based sensors data use cases, use onboard 3-axis Accelerometer/ 6 axis Movement sensor or interface with external I2C sensors as per the use case requirements.
  4. Build the DNN ML model binary eFabric platform with sufficient accuracy level.
  5. Connect TML120 EVK kit to eFabric and flash DNN ML model binary.
  6. Now the TML120 module is ready to run the ML model on the real-time audio/ sensors data.
  7. The ML classification outcomes by TML120 processor are reported via host UART and these messages can be viewed via Putty serial terminal app at the PC.
