First-Time Environment Setup (All Types)

1. Launch the tool — it scans for existing Conda environments automatically
2. If prompted, select a compatible existing environment; click Cancel if packages are missing
3. Click "Setup Env", fill in the dialog, click Create
4. Wait for the external terminal to finish installing packages
5. Return to the tool and click "Installation Completed"
6. "Environment is ready!" confirmation — all tabs are now unlocked
